Founder-manager for several years of 4 startups (France & USA) & former manager of e-Learning programs at the largest French telecom operator, Philippe Le Gonnidec is now a lecturer, consultant, author, and multimedia expert (augmented reality) for entrepreneurial and institutional structures (L'Oréal, HSBC, UNESCO, Ministries, local authorities...), expert-consultant Leadership for institutions with digital policies and / or family, public & private... Passionate about art and culture, with a literary background, sound engineer and former auditor then speaker at CHEDD (Collège Hautes Etudes Environnement et Développement Durable), he is currently an entrepreneur in residence at the UNESCO Chair in Health and Human Rights, for whom he designs and leads digital support programs. He has worked with more than 20 international teams: startups, large groups and public administrations on issues linking digital and environment / citizenship.

Very involved since 1991 in the development of interactive and citizen applications, as well as in blended learning and literary training tools, the founder of Politique Numérique started a career in audiovisual production and augmented reality in the USA and Europe. After having contributed for a long time to open the ways of the democracy coupled with those of the access to the cultural and educational data in various territories of France, Europe and North America, near the United Nations, of great institutions and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Belarus, Canada, Iceland, Denmark, Italy, Great Britain. ...) through numerous internet portals and online training tools (blended), especially on education for sustainable development, which he designed, he decided to devote his career to actions that value the human and the planet in the crazy race of new technologies.
After having been a company manager of about sixty employees (Brittany, Normandy, Paris and Florida) in the digital field, he met in Nashville with Albert Gore's team (former candidate to the American presidency) to launch his project SOS-21 [ click pdf], a tool for education for sustainable development (SOS-21), which quickly earned him recognition from the United Nations Environment Program and UNESCO (Decade for Environmental Education) and 25 first prizes internationally. His research work in hypermedia has been used and cited several times by students and researchers in cognitive sciences in ResearchGate - click or several publications on the subject click.
Passionate about images, literature and music, intercessor between art-design, new technologies and sustainable development, he has worked extensively with large companies (Orange, L'Oréal, HSBC France, Crédit Agricole, Banque Populaire, etc...) before founding ''Politique Numérique'' which catalyzes all of his approaches to the field of digital and various modes of citizen and digital expression. He currently holds the position of Director of Open innovation & Digital strategy for the UNESCO Chair in Sexual Health & Human Rights.....

Philippe Le Gonnidec is since 2017 Director Open innovation & Digital strategy at UNESCO Chair of Sexual health & Human Rights - CLIC.
Passionate about images, literature and music, intercessor between art-design, new technologies and sustainable development, Philippe Le Gonnidec is the creator of a virtual universe for education in sustainable development in augmented reality that he has introduced to major brands both in France and abroad (Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Canada ...). He has accompanied various artists (musicians, documentary filmmakers, painters, sculptors, in France and in the USA...) on the path of hypermedia. [ Clic pr CV ]. His path in favor of environmental education was born from a rich encounter with the work of architect Paolo Soleri and his Arcosanti project in Arizona. He was also an auditor of the 3rd session of the CHEDD (Collège des Hautes Etudes Environnement & Développement Durable) for which he then taught the "green" uses of low and high tech in relation to sustainable development.
